I got an email for a Virtual Client Advisor. She said:

“We have some updates to share with you and at the minimum we’d like to make sure that your contact information is up to date and complete. Let’s schedule a quick check in call so I can answer any questions you might have and catch you up with the exciting updates from VinFast” and then stated They don’t have a phone number on file for me.

this is cool and exciting but at the same time I confirmed in my profile that they have my number. So I don’t know how to take this.
