VinFast VF 8 & VF 9 Reservations Extended Until May 30th

I'll send you the youtube links in separate reply BUT the news are coming out fast & furious this afternoon. Vinfast provided official announcement/statement on battery leasing plan and battery leasing cost. Confirmed the number that had been thrown about for the last month but it's official now. The $110 per month for unlimited miles for fully warranty, including maintenance, is something I can live with. For those that know they will drive less than 310 miles per month, the $35 per month battery lease should be a no-brainer. Having said that, not sure how the market will respond. I see in one of the articles below that they revised the range for the VF8 and VF9. I hope the lowered range number of 277 miles for VF8 Plus is EPA standard (vs the WLTP standard higher range number stated before) in which case that would be fine for me as well. They also signed up deal with Electrify America as well. Next couple of days should be interesting on those that will post their experience on testing the VF8 in NY.
