If you want to test that theory post the negative videos that have been posted here related to CES and Vinfast. If they get deleted then you know your answer. I would do it myself but it's only for American reservation holders. Since they haven't even started that process in Canada yet I can only read and comment here lol. So that should also say something.
I wouldn't say communistic at the moment, and I agree with you
@ZPower regarding needing some promotional content but their marketing strategy sucks. Like, they partnered with an Instagram gamer to post a 'vinfast partner's video...who asked for that? TARGET THE CAR REVIEWERS OR THOSE WHO CREATE CONTENT IN THE INDUSTRY YOU ARE IN. I suspect that given the price of the vehicles most of the people who will be purchasing are going to be out of that target marketing demographic. There are reviews out there that are rating your vehicles poorly. We don't care about the marketing or "paid" videos. We want answers. Know your customer.
Address the questions people have posted or are asking online. Host an AMA within the community. Schedule a live stream and make them monthly with updates like they did in the Canadian market (they cancelled the November one with no explanation and then didn't reschedule it). Offer to do an interview with out of spec on his show and address the concerns he had. That could really turn things around...oh, and from what I heard in the video yesterday: make sure anyone and everyone who is representing your company in a professional capacity (either vinfast employees or promotional 3rd party reps) knows what they are talking about: pricing, specs, etc. Simple things that could start to turn things around that would also not cost them a dime.
Like really, it's slowly turning me off from the brand.
