did you get the reservation email confirms originally? I'd verify they have your email address correct. Check your junk/spam folder etc. Also, if you use their 'contact' web page from same email that should confirm they can send you email; they usually answer in a day or so.....but did not even get purchase agreement confirmation email.

I never got the email directly either. Apparently if you had multiple reservations, their system couldnt handle sending the email for that case. They sent me the email manually.
