Hi I did not recieve email for Binding agreement, had to call them to get the link.
Now did not receive the preference survey either.
Anyone else not getting these emails?

p.s: Yes, I checked spam folders too

Yes, thats how I got the binding agreement link, but did not even get purchase agreement confirmation email.
Guess all automated emails to me are failing.

did you get the reservation email confirms originally? I'd verify they have your email address correct. Check your junk/spam folder etc. Also, if you use their 'contact' web page from same email that should confirm they can send you email; they usually answer in a day or so.....

I never got the email directly either. Apparently if you had multiple reservations, their system couldnt handle sending the email for that case. They sent me the email manually.

Verified with support multiple times, they have my reservation with the correct email address.
