First negative review from those who went to Vietnam. Methinks that the author really doesn’t like to travel. Cranky pants on a totally free trip.
and if he went this summer why is this article so late?

Or, he wasn't swayed by dancing girls and fancy food.

I'll withhold decision until the serious auto press in the states has a chance to road test one of these.

Well, it was a free press junket. He’s the only complainer so far out of dozens of YouTube’s I’ve seen.
I did the test drive and the VF8 really does move. Plus, it wasn’t at 80%. Grain of salt time.
wait for new owners reviews ! 999 vf8 will be sold we will find the good news or some problems time to see them be driven !!!

Overall I think this article is bad journalism - the language used in this article reflects obviously personal resentments instead of professional report of facts.

But I also think that VF didn’t do a favor to itself with this event of inviting these people because the cars were clearly not ready to make a good impression. They should (and could) have waited until December with such an event for international press.

179 miles range????!!!!!!

This whole thing is a joke
Reading between the lines this means that they don’t have placed a smaller battery into the car because of supply chain issues (this was my first guess) but they are missing their advertised ranges badly… I know from one of the Porsche EVs that Porsche indeed has managed to boost the range significantly by an software update - but i’m sceptical that VF can pull something similar (because they would need to push the range roughly a whopping 50%…)

We are really, really concerned how things are trending regarding VF and we’re looking more and more into other options for an 7seater SUV EV even if we really like the look of the VF9
"Jalopnik's scathing VF8 review offers a critical perspective on the vehicle. While opinions may vary, it's important to consider multiple sources and personal preferences when evaluating a car. Dive into the review, weigh the pros and cons, and make an informed decision based on your own priorities and needs."
