Are the NFT's for the discounted price really transferable ?? Does anyone know for sure?
They are transferable. Here is a screenshot of the email.
1. $5,000 voucher for VF9
2. Free ADAS system (advanced driver assistance services presumably like adaptive cruise, lane keep and lane change and others)
3. Free smart services
4. 7 day trip to Vietnam for 4 with lodging at Vinpearl resorts (excluding airfare)

You can buy and sell these NFT’s just like eBay. You can get a good amount than canceling the order as they are worth 5000 or 3000 + cost of ADAS approx 3000 + vinpearl resorts all inclusive package 6 night for 4 people. I would ask about 5000 at least if I am selling it.

Where is there a market? I’d sell my VF9 NFTs today for $6k.
That seems farfetched. Why would anyone pay more than what the voucher discount is. Negates the point. I'd probably pay a 100 over the reservation price at most.

There are a number of NFT marketplaces. Open sea is one I plan to put mine.
The value of the NFT is calculated based on the following 3000/5000 + value of ADAS approx 3-6000 + value of 6 night stay vacation for 4 approx 2000 for a grand Total of 8000 to 10000 (vinfast values the Total value at 14,000 which is too much). Tesla FSD is valued at 12000 and autopilot 6000 just some comparison. Do your calculations based on these and then you will have the valuation.
Anyways once they start delivering the sales people will buy and sell it to the customers and make a few. You can try to get it for 300 as you said but I doubt you will get it. I plan to sell mine at a good profit. Most of the people who don’t know the process or value will take the 200 from the company directly than go take an extra 100 from a stranger.

Interesting, I've reservation for both models and would only get one at this point and sell the other. But, I never thought about the transferrable nature of the NFT and that it can be actually sold for profit before this thread TBH.
We'll see as the ordering opens up. I do want to get a VF9 with the longer range battery, but that may only be available next summer, while VF8 deliveries are slated to Nov 2022. So, it makes me lean more to VF8 instead of VF9.
Welcome to the forum. As more people learn about VinFast the value of that NFT should increase, so I hope you and others here hold onto it long enough. I was looking at the new KIA Sorrento PHEV, and also came very close to getting into a Kia EV6 with 5K markup, but now I'm glad I didn't as we need a bigger vehicle to replace the sedan or add as a second car. So, now just waiting on VF8 as we look to get the car as soon as they can deliver. Only issue is to figure out, how to get it from California to WA.

Go to opensea.io and on the search box type US vinfirst and you will see that there are 8010 in the collection. No one has listed it yet. But the process is simple. Just like eBay. Auction or buy it now process. Also the expiration date is 12/2023.
Thank you! I just chatted with customer service and you are correct that EVERYTHING including NFTs must be included with the selling of the reservation.
